Started in 2008 by Jeremy Cowart, Help Portrait has since ballooned into a global movement that connects photographers, hair stylists, and makeup artists, empowering them to give back to their local communities by providing professional portraits to people in need — many of whom have never had a professional photo taken of them in their lives. I had the pleasure of volunteering in 2013 and 2014 and working with some of the funnest, cutest kids ever to grace my lens.
