This was taken outside of the de Young Museum, here in San Francisco. At first I hadn’t bothered with the statue as there were other, more interesting, sculptures in the area. But as I was passing it, I heard a little boy say to his father “Look dad! It’s Aslan!” The movie hadn’t come out yet, so the kid could only have known Aslan from the books.
This made me smile.
